Hotel Casablanca, San Andres (San Andres and Providencia Islands)

Despite some issues with dampness in the rooms and slow service, my stay at the hotel was made enjoyable by its convenient location near shopping centers and the great beachfront. The dining options were varied but could use some improvement. The facilities offered were satisfactory, and the overall value for money was decent.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, right by the beach, and the rooms looked nice, but the lack of air conditioning made it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The service was hit or miss, with some helpful interactions but also instances of unhelpfulness. The dining options were varied but seemed to lack flavor. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and kept very clean, magically ready at 3 pm, but unfortunately, they were missing balconies or windows to open for fresh air, making it challenging to dry swimwear. The service was decent, nothing extraordinary, although the receptionist was not very helpful and rushed us during dinner. The location was excellent, right in front of the best beach on the island, with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, and great dining options on-site. The noise and dust outside were a bit annoying, though.
